ETTA - Procurement Unit invites interested companies to bid for the following project: "Metering programme in Dili" with the following main components:
- Collection of consumer data
- Installation of at least 3000, new single electrical meters
- Installation of up to 300, three phase electrical meters
- Reinstatement of existing meters
The bid will result in a multiple vendor award (of up to 4 electrical companies)
