Other information: The project is sponsored by the Federal Republic of Germany who has made available to the United Nations - Transitional Administration in East Timor a grant of up to 2.000.000 DM, with a view to contributing to the establishment of a civil registry administration under authority of the East Timor Transitional Administration.
